Wedding Day Childcare Package
Cost: $15 per child per hour (rates vary with staff/child ratios)
Have a lot of children attending your wedding? Not sure how to accommodate all the different age groups? Need advice on seating and menu options? As a certified E.C.E. who is also qualified in CPR, I am able to help! This package will allow you to have a stress-free wedding day without worrying about all the children upstaging you!
a complimentary initial meeting
initial meeting 4-6 weeks prior to wedding
secondary meeting 7-10 days before wedding day
a visit to your wedding venue
another qualified ECE assistant with CPR, First Aid and CRC
consistent childcare and supervision during booked times
games, crafts, books and activities for the children
a wedding day agenda for the children
assistance with child-friendly meal options
use of baby swing, pack’n'play, mats and baby chairs
individual child party favours
use of wedding day emergency kit
tactful management of unanticipated events
ensuring that the Bride and Groom are blissful and stress-free on their wedding day
